We know how frustrating it can be trying to organise small jobs around the home, especially when pricing isn't clear or you're worried about unexpected costs.

At Friendly Neighbour Property Care, we believe in simple, fair and transparent pricing. You'll always know how our pricing works, and we'll never carry out additional work without discussing it with you first.

Whether you have a single repair or a growing list of jobs around the home, we're here to help make looking after your property easier.

Standard Service Visit: $160

Includes:

• Travel to your requested location

• One hour of labour

• Professional tools and equipment

• Advice and recommendations

• Clean-up before we leave

• Following the first hour, time is charged at $80 per hour in 30 minute increments.

Perfect for those smaller jobs you've been meaning to get around to.

Materials

Where materials are required, these will always be discussed and approved beforehand. Cost of approved materials will be included in the invoice to the customer.

Larger Projects

For larger projects expected to take approximately three to four days or longer, we will generally provide an upfront fixed quotation.

This gives you complete certainty around pricing and allows us to properly plan and deliver the project efficiently.

Depending on the size of the project, progress payments may apply.

Deposits & Progress Payments

For larger quoted projects:

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking and cover material purchases.

• Progress payments may apply for projects completed over multiple days.

• The final balance is payable upon practical completion of the works.

All payment arrangements will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
