  • Standard service visit – $160

    • Includes travel and up to one hour of labour.

    Additional time is charged at $80 per hour.

    Any costs for materials will be discussed and agreed prior to purchasing. These costs will included in the invoice to the customer.

    We'll always discuss and obtain your approval before carrying out any work outside the original scope.

  • While we specialise in a wide range of home maintenance and small property improvement projects, there are certain services that fall outside our expertise or require specialised licences. Where required, we're happy to recommend a trusted licensed professional.

    Licensed Trade Work

    We do not undertake:

    • Electrical work

    • Plumbing or gas fitting work

    • Air conditioning installation or repairs

    • Solar installation or repairs

    • Security system installation requiring licensing

    Structural & Major Building Works

    We do not undertake:

    • Structural building works

    • Load-bearing wall modifications

    • Major renovations or extensions

    • Roof replacements

    • Large decking or pergola construction

    • Building permit works

    • Engineering works

    Hazardous Materials

    For health and safety reasons, we do not undertake:

    • Asbestos removal or disturbance

    • Lead paint removal

    • Hazardous chemical remediation

    • Mould remediation requiring specialist treatment

    • Pest control services

    Specialist Tree & Landscaping Services

    We do not undertake:

    • Large tree removal

    • Arborist services

    • Stump grinding

    • Excavation works

    • Retaining walls requiring engineering or permits
